Woodalls | Flash Website Design and Development

We were brought in by leading branding firm PULL to provide Flash design and development services on this project. Our role was that as designer, animator, and developer on this targeted micro-site. We developed all animation and transition sequences within the self-contained movie.

The goal of this micro-site is to communicate and inform prospective advertisers to the value of taking part in Woodalls’ premier “bible” to the RV lifestyle. It is a seasonal micro-site as pricing and parameters change from one year to the next.

Gerry Huth Ph.D | Website Design and Development

Gerry’s website was one of our first clients. An early adopter Gerry saw the potential of using a blog to disseminate his ideas long before others within his field of study. The primary goal of Gerry’s website is to communicate his science, ideas, and theories to those working in similar fields of study. Through the power of blogging he has been able to engage others from around the world on the topic of how the eye sees color.

The initial challenge with Gerry’s site was one of information architecture. How best to display his large amount of information in a digestible format. Berchman is presently in the planning stages of a re-development of the website. We will be revisiting the information architecture in that upcoming process.

InkOutLoud | Visual Brand Development, Website Design and Software Development

In collaboration with BindInc we design and developed and entire software platform. This platform provided web publishers, mainly blogs using RSS feeds, the ability to have their content professionally read and recorded, digitized and delivered to subscribers.

Clients could embed and iframe to include the service directly from our servers. One key feature of the service was the technology “Modcast” that allowed customized and personalized podcast delivery to your iPod.

We designed the visual brand, corporate style guide, advertising, and all graphics for the website. We collaborated on the information architecture, strategy and copywriting for the website as well.

DBA | Website Design and Development

The principals of DBA came to us with an idea of what they wanted in their website. We worked with them to develop the visual design to a level that complimented the quality of the architecture.

Using a combination of layout and color palette we were able to create distinctions between the projects within the portfolio. Combining that with a custom programmed slideshow to introduce passive activity and randomness was key.

This website is entirely hand coded HTML and CSS.

The Thacher School | Website Design and Development

Designed and developed the information architecture and graphical user interface (GUI) for The Thacher School. The information architecture process was extremely thorough.

The key to the designs success was interviewing and listening to the various departments within the school who serve different constituencies. Every departments individual content needs are the most important, to them, and all want top billing on the home page.

Setting up the content to balance the needs of the internal departments and to address the needs of visitors being introduced to the school for the first time was critical for the websites success. In addition to this we also created the visual design for the entire website.
