For every project we use an online project management tool that allows you the client to login to private area and preview work in progress, make comments, post files, track milestones on a calendar, and more. Our clients find this tool and its features very userful.

Our process provides a framework for every project we work on with you. It helps us track project workflow while giving clients insight into their project’s process and progress (in addition to the actual project calendar). Many times esoteric titles and jargon can get in the way of understanding standard processes. To address this, we created the Seven-Step Workflow PDF. We always try to avoid ‘jargon’ but if something is unclear, please ask us. We are happy to answer any questions.

Our process is based on extensive knowledge from over 15 years in the business, as well as targeted research conducted on your behalf. Once the best options and their attendant costs have been identified, we present the various choices clearly. We believe in speaking English to our clients, not technical jargon.

One of our goals in working with clients is taking the mystery out of the tools and technology used on the Internet. Ultimately we strive to produce work that exceeds our clients’ expectations, while sharing with them our passion and enthusiasm for all the “fun” today’s Internet has to offer.
